Training And Development
We assist organisations to comply with the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) by implement the following :

Developing and monitoring HR strategic plans, beginning with an appraisal of vision, goals, and objectives. A strategic roadmap is created to guide clients through changes, and HR support is offered to ensure success. Fatsolelo also assists in analyzing current structures and developing plans to meet objectives. Finally, a plan of action is created to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Training Courses
We assist organisations to comply with the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) by implement the following :

Providing advice and support through reviewing the Training and development policies and SOP. Compliance with SETA requirements In accordance with the Skills Development Act, all registered employers with an annual payroll exceeding R500 000 are required to pay skills development levies and subsequently submit a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and an Annual Training Report (ATR).
Providing advice to the employer to claim back a ‘mandatory grant’ of 20% of your Skills Development Levy (SDL);
Providing advice and support through maximising points earned under the Skills Development priority element for BEE; Submitting applications for ‘discretionary grant’ funding to address ‘critical and scarce skill shortages’ identified in your practice.

Payroll And Benefit Administration Services
We will assist the organization with the following:

  • Implement full payroll process in accordance to SARS and Labour Law
  • Payroll run, Statutory deductions i.e. PAYE, UIF, SDL Introduction of payslips and IRP5’s
  • Submissions of EMP201’s to SARS on a monthly basis and facilitate the payment through e-filling •Skills development Levy -In terms of the Skills Development Act, you must pay a statutory tax if your payroll exceeds R500 000 per annum in the form of a Skills Development Levy (SDL), regardless whether you train employees or not. This SDL amount is calculated as 1% of your payroll, including salaries, wages, overtime payment, bonuses, commissions and directors’ fees
  • Submit monthly reports and UI19 declarations on your behalf

Labor Dispute Resolution/ Mediation Representation
Fatsolelo offers labor dispute mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services such as conciliation and arbitration as a better and more cost-effective option than conventional methods. Fatsolelo provide a structured process to identify, develop options, and reach an agreement that satisfies all parties involved. However, the current dispute resolution system of the CCMA is under strain due to a legalistic approach, lengthy delays, and declining settlement rates.

Meet Sebaetseng Molema: A Highly Skilled HR Executive

Sebaetseng Molema is an accomplished HR Executive with a wealth of experience in developing HR strategies, designing organizations, building cultures and values, managing talent and leadership development, payroll, and skills development. She has over 20 years' experience in managing challenging roles in South Africa and Africa, leading people strategies for companies in the retail services, healthcare, and information technology sectors.

Sebaetseng has held various senior positions throughout her career, including HR Director at Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital. Her past roles have included working for Altron, Mediclinic, Netcare, and Edcon.

As an HR professional, I prioritize Efficiency and Excellence in management practices.
